Biography Thomas M. Geiger, an accomplished commercial attorney, heads the firms transactional law department. With over thirty years experience in the state courts and in the commercial arena Mr. Geiger brings a wide range of experience to the transactional law department which handles matters as varied as real estate acquisition, business acquisition, leasing, licensing, commercial contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements, and loan transactions. Additionally, Mr. Geiger has extensive experience in the electric utility field, having represented affiliates of major energy companies such as Caithness Energy and El Paso Energy. Other major clients include M&T Bank and Fidelity Title Ltd. As a graduate of Columbia University School of Law (1971), Mr. Geiger presently serves as a Chairman of the County of Westchester Public Utility Service Agency, and is engaged in various civic and charitable endeavors. |
